How to make a Simple Led Bulb at home ( 220 v ) Ultra bright

Hello friends and welcome to the another brand new electronics project. This time you will learn about the construction and working of a Led Bulb. As you already know about a led bulb that it Consumes only 80% of the total energy used by a CFL of same brightness. but this project use charger circuit to power the led's and the charges only consumes 4 watt when used for 24 hrs for 365 days. Now, you can Imagine how energy saver this project is. It consists of 10 high-bright led's which gives a lot amount of light almost equal to a Led Bulb. The cost of this project is also very low as compared to any branded led bulb. So, this project is a cost + energy efficient project in my view. So, let's begin to make this project.

Step 1 - Things Needed.

> Led - 10 pieces. ( Ultra-bright Leds ).

> Cellphone Charger Circuit - 1 piece.

> Project Circuit Board / Perforated Board - 1 piece. ( For mounting the Leds ).

> Some Wires.

> Led Bulb Case - 1 piece.

 Step 2 - Tools Needed. 

> Soldering Iron.

> Soldering Wire.

> Soldering Flux.

> Hot Glue Gun.

> Wire Cutter.

Step 3 - Circuit Diagram and making the Led Bulb.

The Circuit used in the Led is very Simple. It consists only of leds and a power supply for powering the led. All the leds are soldered in parallel, so that all of them get enough current from the charger to give a bright white light. In this way this led bulb works. Making the  Led Bulb

> Take a Led Bulb Case and Solder the Input wire of led bulb holder to input of Cell Phone Charger Circuit. ( Provides 220 VAC to the Input of Cellphone Charger Circuit ).

> Take all leds and solder into parallel connection. It means Connect positive of all Leds together and Connect Negative of all Leds together. ( This helps to provide a desired value of current required for all led to work properly and give a bright white light ).

> Solder Output of cellphone charger to Input of Leds that you had made in the previous Step.

 Positive of Charger Circuit  >>  Positive of Leds. 

 Negative of Charger Circuit  >>  Negative of Leds. 

> Now Hot Glue everything inside the case and close the case with Diffuser. ( The Diffuser helps to spread the light all around. It is used because a very bright light will damage our eye and also cause stress tot eyes, so it is used ).
